Where do I start. I keep thinking I'm getting somewhere then it all goes wrong again and I have more symptoms than before. I'm on Mertazapine which seem to be helping with the anxiety. It's the physical symptoms I hate and can't believe they are all from anxiety.
Palpitations, bad stomach pains, muscles aching all over, sore throat and my mouth hurts when I drink and eat. One minute I'm cold and the next sweating. Out of breath. How can all this be in my mind or caused by my mind. I'm at my wits end

I can relate to your post. I too have a problem believing this is all just anxiety and not anything elce. I don't know about you but I have a real problem believing the Dr aswell ..I'm medication and it's helping but I really don't understand how mind is controlling me into thinking there is something wrong... I wish someone would explain anxiety and why the physical etlffects happen... Take care x
Read a book called a Essential Help For Your Nerves by Dr Claire Weekes. That will give you all the answers and how to reverse the process and recover from Anxiety.
I understand completely! I have a new symptom every week. My symptoms are all “heart attack” related... I’m convinced I’m going to have a heart attack at 25 years old. If I read an article or see something on tv describing heart attack symptoms, I will experience the same symptoms within the next couple of days and I will absolutely drive myself crazy. It’s the worst.
