I have a pimple like rash on my chest it came when I started having bad anxiety again

I have oily skin and breakouts come along more when I'm stressed, pressured, overwhelmed, anxious, and just pissed off.

Hi apayett24, I know there is something called a "stress rash". My mother had

it at one time on her upper chest. She didn't have anxiety but my parents were

buying their first home and the stress of that caused the red rash to come out.

Once everything was in order and they closed on the house, the rash disappeared as

fast as it came about.

apayett, it's always a good idea to make sure it's from stress/anxiety so it can be

treated properly. Gotta keep you safe xx

Yes I used to get small red blood dots I was terrified it was meningitis just broken capillaries through being stressed as they break so easy was never anything serious and only happened with bad panic attacks of course if your worried always better to see a doctor take care xxx
