OFF BALANCE STILL!

Im still constanly off balance im so tired with it today done a shift at work with this there constantly. I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders i just want to curl up and not move because its the only time i feel ok.

My walk home from walk turns into breathlessness and panick. Its getting unbarable now. Does anybody else feel tbis way with anxiety

Lying on the sofa now pins and needles in my legs r bugging me and not to mention the twitching in my legs aswell 😐😐

Hey Belalf I’m with you on ur symptoms, I literally have felt off balance all day, I stand all day at work and I get the leg issues sometimes I feel like I’m just gonna collapse but yet I never do, the head issues are the worst I feel floaty out of it, my eyes are weird I think a million things are happening to me, they say to let these sensations happen that’s all they are the nervous system doing it’s thing but when ur going through them it’s awful, don’t feel like ur alone just know that these will pass, get ur mind off them I try to keep busy even when I want to lie down and do nothing x thinking of you

It really does scare me so much. Going shopping etc is really bad the off balancr feeling has me drained all i feel like doing is sitting down. My gp has in his head its anxiety but i beg to differ but thats all i ever do because these sensations r so real its hard to take in that it nothing serious.

Feeling off balance (and sometimes vision blurred)

Sensitive to light (some days)

Weak arms legs

Breathlessness

Tingling and twitches in legs and feet

Its so frustrating.

You may be a candidate for turning OFF your cell phone for the rest of the day, and staying OFF all screens all day too.

Could your symptoms be positional???

Could your routine be at the core of the problems. How you walk, stand, sit etc all day every day?

Find someone to get a massage from. Many healers make house calls if you can not find one within a few minutes from you.

Hot bath with a box of baking soda calms the nerves, if it is nerves.

Episom Salt bath is what they had in the old days when they had nothing else.
