I am just baffled,my anxiety is not gone, but its manageable,I do my breathing and it really helps...my problem is my balance, yesterday my head give a wobble, and I fell over the sink,of course I started to panic, and sat down, and in a few minutes my head was alright, seems like when I stand or walk for a while I feel very off balance,my DR says its anxiety, but the anxiety came after my wobble,so its like the chicken and the egg situation,I have constant buzzing in my ears, but the E.N.T,dr discharged me.anyone any sugestions.....xxxx

HI Mia, I can understand what you are saying about the dizzy and wobbles as I get these often, and my doctor told me its the sudden rises in the adrenalin causing the blood pressure to shoot up and spike and the wobble follows x Other than this I am not sure, but maybe better to ask your doctor for a second opinion xx Donver

Hi miarose. Since I started to take medication for my anxiety I have noticed some dizziness as well.. I was painting yesterday and when I stood up I did get a bit of a head rush... With me my meds have that effect on my blood pressure as well as Donver`s. Its one of those pesky things that happens when were on medication..hope this helps... steve

Hi shadow,I would love to be able to take it in my stride, but it scares the life of me,its keeping me housebound, and of course that leads to my depression getting worse...horrible feeling...love Miarose xx
