Hi! I have had a few episodes of dizziness/jumpy vision and I seem to be more stressed lately. Anyone else have had that?
It feels dizzy, but doesn’t last all the time. It can happen out of the blue and it feels like my brain and eyes can’t catch up with each other. It seems to get worse if I think about it or is something specifically stressed me out. I have recently felt like I have eye strain as well and feel like my eyes are tired.
Looking for advice or someone to relate to.

I can totally relate. I get the feeling like I’m looking at something but not really “looking” at it. Also that comes with some dizziness then my anxiety kicks in and my legs get weak and it just snowballs from there.
I get the same thing, it’s not just you!! I get dizzy sometimes to where it scares me but I just relax and remember what it is and don’t let it control me! 🙂
Do you feel like it comes and goes throughout the day and when it happens, your vision shifts and you feel like it is one step behind your brain? I can’t get into the doctor for another week so trying to make sure others have experienced the same thing so I can find some emotional relief and not fret about it.
