I requested to have some more test, I had blood test everything was fine, Been to optometrist eye sight was fine, had MRI brain brain is perfect , doctor said Im suffering from anxiety and depression that could have affected my vision? I can see like sparkles? Like Im not into my self? Vision goes very funny that I cant explain??

Anxiety depression / weird vision
Elmo, the sparkles you refer to sound like the scintilating scotomata that often precedes migraine. It starts when you notice a hole in your vision then a scintilating zig-zag pattern moves across your field of vision and after 20 minutes disappears. Is that what you experience? It's annoying but harmless, I've had the scotomata without the migraine very occasionally for many years.
Yes I know about that, but I dont know until now my vision still weird? Its like my vision is not that sharp and focus ?? I dont know? Sometimes I thnk its only in the mind??
If you've had the back of your eye checked by a specialist then the focus and lack of sharpness are certain to be anxiety and will pass of their own accord in time. Anxiety can affect our vision in so many ways.
I think i might know what you mean by weird vision. It comes with my anxiety and it's called Derealization(DR). My best way to describe it is feeling like everything you see almost looks like a picture, like you are not really there. My therapist told me it can be very common in people whom have anxiety. I have it really bad some days, and other days i dont have it at all. Does that sound similar to what you are experiencing?
The actual definition is:
Derealization (sometimes abbreviated as DR) is an alteration in the perception or experience of the external world so that it seems unreal. Other symptoms include feeling as though one's environment is lacking in spontaneity, emotional colouring, and depth.
Yes kind of similar, like not real? Been suffering this for 2 weeks now, so worried, trying to distract my self but sometimes I still thinking about it.
Yes, it feels like what you are looking at isnt real. But i assure you it is. I deal with this everyday, and its my worst anxiety symptom. My therapist told me to touch things around me, like the carpet or couch, and really focus on the texture and colors. My favorite thing to do, is if its warm out i will go and lay in the grass. It will calm it down a lot. But i deal with mine almost everyday, so i just ignore it at this point. But really touch things around you, and if you have pets, they work the best.
I've been having this same problem was so freaked out went to the eye Dr. She took xrays of my eyes, behind eyes took eye pressure said everything was fine and was anxiety. Ill see spots flashes blurred double vision and it's also like my vision has been altered can't explain it. Ive worn glasses since I was 4 I'm 39 so my prescription is pretty strong. And I notice when I'm anxious I can't even wear my glasses almost like I can see perfect without them its weird.
I have Depersonalization/derealization and I get weird intense dream feel vision. You will like you are in a dream and everything feels not real. It sucks bad but the only thing you can do is ignore and lower the anxiety.
So I have to think always that I am better?
You have to ignore. I am on medication now which is helping
Trying to ignore it but sometimes i cant help my self but to think about it, im scared to be on medication? Might get addicted??
Try looking up snow vision or persistent migraine aura. I have this and also suffer from migraines. It gets worse when my anxiety is bad due to being hypersensitive to our body functions. Also worse days after a migraine. Remember, all your tests were cleared, you will be okay!
