Does anyone else’s eyes play tricks on them when they get really anxious? Sometimes I see little black dots slide by or like a dot with a color. I might need to get my eyes checked, but I’d like some feed back. Don’t freak me out please 😂
I also have really bad visual snow.
Haha. Yes I've had that happen to me before. I see dots and I try to follow them with my eyes as they go down. Does that sound right? If yes, This absolutely normal!! Don't worry about it, your not alone. Anxiety has a way of freaking us but all we can do is try to relax and enjoy our lives. Your ayes are fine don't waste your time unless your eyes are hurting or you can't see well when your reading or driving. Hope this helps!! Stay strong, Don't let anxiety win!! It’s either a little black dot that falls downwards or little squiggly lines, right? I know. Lol you’ll be okay don’t worry too much just anxiety 😊

I do not have this but I do feel at times that one eye is weird. Like there is so me pressure around one eye and I see less bright. At times is comes along with a headache on the same side. It feels really weird and it has me worried,
What the?..no..sound like good vision if you can see something like that..
I would go to the opticians just to be sure. I wouldn’t rule out your eye health and put it down to anxiety alone. Better to be sure and informed
They sound like floaters. My eye doc said they are very common and increase with age.

Yep same here...lol but I won’t describe too much because you’re probably anxious now :/ but yes specks of lights or i feel foggy , etc
