Generalized anxeity disorder causes vertigo with panic attack?

What is GAD's first symtom?

It causes off balance , dizzy all the time??

plzz suggest me... Nd plzz answer it :(

That’s all anxiety... I’ve experienced all of these symptoms. It gets better, sorry you’re going through this!

So this is what I did: if you haven’t already got to the doctor to get the reassurance you need (I went to to er 4 times and you need to believe what they say even if you thing they are missing something), seek therapy, journaling, drink lots of water, eat healthy, exercise, meditate (mornings and nights), go outside, use less of your phone, and get plenty of sleep. It works, trust me! Do it everyday and don’t be afraid. You will get through this
