ANYONE!
Does anyone on here have chest pain but only on the left side?
It’s all around my left breast area, I have no other symptoms... it’s been like this now for 2 days. I’m constantly worrying about it (which I know isn’t good) but I literally can’t help it,
Advice anyone? 
Can anyone reassure me ?
Can it be gas or a pulled muscle?
I was cutting hedges down the other day, so maybe.
But my anxiety is telling me it’s sometning serious and making me feel like crap

Yes I have mine is usually when I’m gassy... my brother gets it all the time.. of course your anxiety is telling you that why wouldn’t it.. it needs to drive us nuts !
Me too. And its gass. I've been having a lot of gas lately. I've changed my diet but i think its mostly because of the anxiety
Don't freak out! I had the same thing!! I was so worried that something was wrong with my heart so i went to the emergency room, they did so many test on me and found nothing!! Don't panic 
you should get a check up just incase but im sure its gonna come back fine. Its because of anxiety i hope you feel better also message me if ya wanna talk!
Yes I have this alot especially if I'm bloated .or you could pulled a muscle x

I saw my doctor yesterday, at the gp surgery. All he did was check my oxygen levels, listened to my heart and lungs. And said it doesn’t seem like a heart problem, but I can’t stop thinking about it
Yes! I have actually gone to the emergency room more than once thinking that I was having a heart attack actually just about 4 weeks ago I went. I woke up in the middle of the night on my back with bad chest pain in the exact area that you are talking about and my left arm was pins and needles. Scared me into a panic attack. Anyway, my heart was fine, I was also having a lot of burping prior to that and acid reflux and that is what was causing all of the pain in my chest. My doctor put me on acid reflux medication and the chest pain went away. My doctor also had referred me to a cardiologist just in case there was something going on with my heart and the heart doctor said everything is great with my heart!
Yes! All the time... sometimes it’s sharp, aching, dull.. it can be all over or just in one spot... super scary. Sorry you’re going through this! It gets better
I have that to . It used to be very scary but I found out it's a deep chest cavity that's inflamed from over use . And also cardolidge on the breast bone swells up and is painfull . I'm constantly having to rub that area also the shoulder blade cause it gets tight .
