Chest pain!

Got chest pain back it’s like all over the front of my chest feels like the pain is going down both shoulders n round back it’s painful!!! Iv taken a paracetamol n ipurofen but hasn’t touched it... I’m scared as Iv been trying to ignore it but it’s so sore , I also I’m at home alone (which is one of my fears) what if something happens to me n no one can help me .. does anyone get this pain????If so what helps them I just wish I could get answers to what is causing this. It’s definitely ain’t stress. Feels like my muscles are wasting away

It is awful when our fears keep coming back and tormenting us

I personally think it is anxiety but if you are unsure ask 111 give them a ring

You have your phone so you would always be able to get hold of medical help even when you are n your own

This is a pretty common symptom of stress, but it could also be asthma or angina, so best get it checked out

I’m feeling chest pains too that originate from under my armpit on the left side of my body and radiates down my arm and back as well. I’m terrified. Hope you are feeling better!

I went to the emergency room with similar symptoms. Thought I might be having a heart attack (I'm 63 years old). Turned out to be anxiety instead, thank goodness.

I was freaking out that I might have AFIB i am so thankful that it was just chest inflammation it felt like i was having asthma attacks
