severe chest pain

I'm not saying don't get checked out for other stuff but my experience with poor posture was that my back was hunched to the point that my upper spine really started to hurt and that radiated into much chest. Add that to the list of things to check. I fixed it by lying on a tennis ball on my bed with the tennis ball in the middle of the hunch. If your doctors can't find anything else consider going to a physiotherapist.
YOUR’E NEVER anxious????
So you say you've had all the tests. I assume you mean for your heart?
This has driven me to the point of unbelievable panic and madness when it has occurred! Been taken to A&E on several occasions, with all the tests coming back ok, thank GOD! Unfortunately it doesn’t take the fear and worry away for me and has had a majorly negative impact on my life and where I go or in my case don’t go! Good luck and take care🙏
Hi Anxietymadman...there are many reasons for chest pain, even severe,
that have nothing to do with the heart. Our anxiousness can cause GERDS
as well as Costochondritis. Symptoms that come and go are usually related
to anxiety by our doctors. One physical symptoms after another seems to
move in once we accept we are okay. Anxiety wants us always to doubt our
symptoms. Leaving us in an anticipational stress can produce physical
symptoms which may have no explanation.
Once we learn about what causes our symptoms to appear, disappear and
reappear, our doctors tend to label us anxious.
As Jameshuh stated, posture is but another trigger point for pain.
Not realizing that we are in a fight or flight stance most of the time can
produce pain like you wouldn't believe.
You say you are not anxious and yet you continue with these on going
events including your breathing. Have you seen a therapist for all these
pains. They may help address the issue going on deep inside. xx
That’s actually a really good point and yes the breathing issue has left about 95 percent now and I feel better, because I accepted it, I accepted the chest pain yesterday even severe and I haven’t had it since
