So I do a late night job . This is my second week . I’ve been doing good . I woke up late today . I was feeling really shit . I rushed out the house . While I was in there I started to feel light headed . I started to cough . It felt like I had to throw up . Once I got to the restroom I ran Water on my face . It’s like soon as I did that t good worst . It was a different type of morning for me because I normally drink tea before I leave out for work . I was so late I couldn’t drink any . I think what happened today was part of stress . I don’t know what it was . I just truly want to better myself and deal with anxiety in better way .
