I'm a long time sufferer of anxiety but the last month has been really bad. I'm not sure they are panic attacks I'm having. My process seems to be:
1. I perceive something as a threat
2. I have this feeling of energy rising in me coming from solar plexus area up to my head
3. I can't think straight at all and become extremely agitated.
4. Once I feel the threat has gone I feel like I'm calming down and starting to breath normally again
5. I'm exhausted afterwards and a bit vacant
I think it's my adrenaline rising and preparing for the threat and wondered if there were any vits, minerals and herbs to support them? I have an idea but not from an anxiety viewpoint (I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis).

Have been having blood tests to check thyroid levels and other things. Been diagnosed as borderline anemic and vitamin B12 deficient so now on tablets. I will see how that goes.
Thanks for the response. I am hypoT but have a great GP who goes by symptoms not lab values but she also does thorough testing. I was low in Vit D so went on a protocol for that and it was working well. Im wondering if I need to up the dose though as the autumn weather has come xx
