I find it challenging to be positive with my anxiety. I often think the worst. Even when I'm a little positive, it doesnt take much to make me negative again

I completely understand where you are coming from. It seems so hard to stay positive or be optimistic and try not to think the worst. And even when I do have a little moment to think better or feel any good emotion it's like it doesnt last long at all. I'll go right back to feeling bad, thinking the worst, being negative.
I have the same problem and is trying CBT (a type of therapy) x
I’m seeing a psychologist and he told to write a gratitude journal, ie things I’m grateful for. Well, I didn’t realise until then HOW difficult it was to dig out the positive!!! It’s funny how the brain works. Thinking negative has become a habit for me which should be broken. I’m trying really hard to do it and i feel a bit better. If you aren’t seeing a professional about it then my advice that you should. They help, trust me xx

It’s easy to see the positives. Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results. Make more positive memories if the old ones are dragging you down.
I don’t even bother thinking the best or worst anymore. I just exist in this sociological matrix. They don’t want us to feel or have emotion and dumb us out by feeding us antidepressants long term toxic poisons. How is that suppose to help anyone
