Anyone here suffer from chronic daily tension headach do to your neck? I’ve been trying desperately for a year now to find a treatment or medication that helps. Please let me know what if anything that helped you. Please don’t respond if you suffer from any other kind of headache as it’s not likely to help me. Much appreciated!

Have you ever tried progressive muscle relaxation? It is amazing how tense your scalp and your whole head and neck can get without you realizing it.
