There is Hope

Two days and no anxiety attacks. This site had been so helpful. Just knowing we aren’t alone in our suffering. I’m here now to offer some hope. It does get better!! I am still nervous at times, but the major bout of anxiety I have felt all summer because of my health has been put in its place. For at least the past two days. I do know that it could come back. I’m not going to deny that. But I do know that I, that we all can handle it and make it through. God is good. Life is good again. Don’t ever give up.

Thank you for sharing that positive thought Jodi. It means so much when coming from someone who has gone through it themselves. My sentiment exactly in "never give up" and "Life is Good". Sending a high 5. xx
