Hey guys so i haven't been experiencing anxiety in a while anf its been good till now i was wondering if u haven't felt it in a while does it feel weird and even worst.

Hi James. Unfortunately,, yes, it’s all too common among anxiety sufferers. We feel good for a time and when it returns, it does so with a vengeance. We shouldn’t treat it any differently though. Remember that it’s only anxiety, accept the feelings and give it time. They will go away again.

Hi Jamescrider! I'm glad to hear you had gotten a break for a while. I agree with "lovemybear" in that when it does come back, it's like the first time all over again.

The physical reason is the same, over abundance of adrenaline. As "mybear" stated we still treat it with the same tools.

What you are experiencing is another little bump in the road, don't make it more than it is. Yes, it's uncomfortable, but it shall pass as it has before. Release your fears, breathe deeply. You've got this. x

James, when you are in the throws of it, I know it is not easy in feeling it will ever go away. Remember that it is a thought causing this chaos and not a physical issue. This is when "mind over matter" becomes important. Focusing your mind on things that take concentration will help alleviate the physical symptoms.

James, in telling yourself you are Safe, you are Okay and really believing that, you can and will overcome anxiety once again. We're here for you. x
