Health Anxiety Sucks

Hi. I haven't been on here in a long while,although I read posts often.

I suffer with terrible health anxiety,and my latest "thing"is that I now feel a lump in my breast. Am at Dr's tomorrow (after a week of trying to see someone)

babyhippo67, I wish you well with your doctor's appointment tomorrow. As hard as it is for us, try not to put the cart before the horse. Hopefully your doctor will answer your concerns. Try using meditation and deep breathing today to help bring down your anxiety level. Good Luck. x

Ok,so if you're worried at all,always go see your dr.

I have a small lump and must go for mammogram to see what it is.(wasn't all in my head after all)

Go with your gut feeling guys xx

Going hospital for ultrasound and mammogram on Monday .

Just have to get through the rest of this week now,without losing it.

My anxiety will be sky high next week xx

I have just got back from hospital. Mammogram and ultrasound done-results within the hour.

I have a cyst in my left breast and ultrasound showed smaller ones there also. I burst out crying!!!!

Can't tell you how good I feel xxxxxxx
