Have been sick for 5 years with anxiety and depression. Back in May i was feeling pretty good then stopped cymbalta for 3 days and everything came back worse then before. Now I can’t get back to feeling better.

sorry to hear of your current struggles lets hope you come through it really soon.take yourself back in time to the point you started to feel good again vision those thoughts and try and regroup again.
