Hello everyone

I have severe problems with focus , memory ,slow thinking, comprehending things .

I don't know what i have ,but these things are very problematic for me.To read , understand ,watch movie, listen to others feels like hell. I cannot grasp anything easily.

If i could describe it in one word,i would say my mind is slowed down like in a sort of brain fog, it's doing mental tasks very slowy,. Concentration is the worst.

These Symptoms are always present, sometimes they do improve a little ,but most of my days are hell. Anybody have the same symptoms plz share.

Thanks

Sounds so familiar. Trouble focusing the list goes on way on. I have had similar things. Have you ever heard of CBD oil. No it will not get you stoned (cuz its made from hemp) but it helps with clarity and focus. Also excersize HELPS SO MUCH. Up your heartrate and once the wheels start turning you will be focusing better. It's a proven fact. Put on your shoes and do 30 minutes. Walk. That's it. If you have a watch wear it. Music is seriously the best anxiety repellent. Put on some shades (no eye contact) when you get home put on your favorite tunes make a healthy snack and slam some water. Aren't ya worth 30 minutes? You will also lower your risk for stroke and heart disease. So you can stop worrying about those things so much. I promise this will help you. Shoot for three times a week. You can do this. Promise!

I am a worry wart. I lost a lot of loved ones to tragedies. Mother to a brain tumor, step dad to a plane crash, step brother to drinking and 26 year old sister to a freak accident I'm Costa Rica. I always think the worst. My brain is constantly messing with me. My doctor once wrote me a script that just said NO WEB MD. I get a headache and think I have a brain tumor. You get the picture. Classic hypocondriac (spelling?). With my brain so busy it's soooooooooo hard to focus on anything!❤️

I have those same problems & have for a few years but has turned more health anxiety the past year or so & it's horrible! I am now pretty sure it's caused from my anxiety & oh the health anxiety has shut my brain down at times. So it feels. I haven't tried the CBD oil yet but heard nothing but great stuff about it. I'm trying to mentally accept it & trying some meditation app called mind space & I joined here which has been wonderful! However, after today I think even more that I'm definitely gonna try the CBD oil. Good luck to you & I'm here for ya.
