Headaches

I noticed my anxiety acts up way more when I have a headache . My mouth gets really dry. I jump a little . Its also because I was in a hot truck😩

So it should! Your brain doesn't know what the problem is and it makes no difference to it, it just knows you may be in danger and pulls the danger cord and up goes the adrenaline so you are ready to respond to the danger. Dry mouth, jumpy, all anxiety but that comes first and before any of that including the headache is the start of the adrenaline. We may not need things like adrenaline in quite the way we used to when we first became fish/swamp/animals etc., but it hasn't changed since then really. Our bodies prime concern is to save our lives in any way it can, but it hasn't got a tv to see what the problem is so we have to teach it how not to somehow.
