Sorry to hear you are feeling this way. I would recommend you see a dr and get properly diagnosed as there are lots of techniques, meds, and therapies to help you through this. Why do you think you will lose the people you love if you share this with them? If they love you they will try and understand and be there for you.

My opinion...
I would confide in that person who talks/listens and understands you with no judgement usually that’s your mum but whoever you feel you can just have a rant to, half of the issue is getting it off your chest and knowing it’s not just you! A lot of people have these thoughts and it’s better when you talk to people and rationalise it that it’s just natural common thoughts!
