Does anyone put hand on chest a lot? I don’t know why I do it. It doesn’t satisfy me. It always feels different too!! Why oh why! Ruining my life. Sat in my hotel room on holiday!! Also sometimes I can feel it like pulsating feeling if you know what I mean? holiday ruined by anxiety!!

You sure it's not your heartbeat?...lol...I also have like heart races from time to time or weak pulse. I don't remember ever putting my hand over my chest though even when my chest was throbbing. I just stand or sit and act normal.
