Happy Holidays to my extended family!!

So my menstrual decided to show up two days early-on Christmas day 😖!!! So I'm definitely filled with symptoms of mother nature and anxiety. However, I wanted to say how thankful I am to be here and what a blessing it is to wake up and watch my daughters enjoy opening their gifts today. I have two girls one 18 and one is 7. I decided to post a pic of us. I'm so thankful for my girls. They mean everything to me. I joined this community almost 3 years ago. You all may feel free to look at the many posts I've put on the forum for those that haven't seen any of my posts. I am definitely not a stranger of the struggle of anxiety. However, I had a blast yesterday doing my own photography for our Christmas pic that you see on the post. I used my own camera and set the timer and me and my kids just posed away. I enjoyed having to run to my spot after hitting the set button. Lol🤣 if you can just imagine a lady all dressed up outside in the street running back and forth from the camera to "the set" to be in the photo. But it turned out great. Anyway, just wanted to say I wish us the best.

Thankyou. I am grateful for, my ex wife remaining my friend, a call from my son who is now joined the police force to fight crime, my grandchildren (who are from my ex).

- I generally feel, for the past 5 years, very sad through Christmas-and that’s on top of panic, anxiety and coping with Cptsd; has been very difficult with accumulative losses (including loss of career through intentional injury to cause loss of ability to work, loss of my mental health, my stepchild passing away tragically, and separation from my wife); all this compounding my complex mental health. With these losses burdening down, I am grateful for what I do have presently. Thanks to healthUnlocked.com for those who started this forum. Thanks to those who reply to my crazy messages, my story sounds like something out of a nightmare-there are many broken pieces of my life to put back together again and that’s a work in progress-which would be a daunting task had I not others around who might care. In an apathetic world, I’ve been left crushed by the cruel actions of others. Many of the pieces are left broken, irreplaceable and laying on the ground; walking through the rubble that was called, My 5 years of Exacerbated Depression/Panic Disorders, has been dreadfully daunting and I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone. Thank you for those of you who care. I hope I can help out in someway. Sometimes after you have tried your best to heal your mental health problems or fix some extra problematic complex task, you have to just let it all go or surrender. I’m too tired to fight anymore. I fought for others and myself for so long and have had more failures than successes, so yes, I SURRENDER. Same with many of you, you have been broken by people who don’t understand or who cruelly take advantage of a person struggling with depression and anxiety. Look for the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m telling you from the blackness of the hole that I’m in, from the place that I have finally lifted the white flag of SURRENDER, that soon you are going to hear someone from outside the darkness your in, calling out to you, offering you a hand, or long rope, or stretcher even to help you climb out, or lift you out, but sometimes you have to let go, and let someone else carry you to where you should be.

I totally understand that choice to surrender and stop fighting. I can say I felt much anguish going through this the past 3 years. And there's so many times I've said that I'm tired of worrying anymore. But I wish us the best. I wish you the best

You have beautiful girls, I have all girls as well. Mother nature decided to visit me a week after my 44th was the 26th and it was just another day. I didn't enjoy the holiday so I can relate to you. Praying for a Blessed 2019 for you and your family!!
