Hey everyone
I have been noticing everything wrong with me down to random hair bumps 🤷. I've never been diagnosed with any type of disorder but I can definitely say I suffer from anxiety and I believe I'm a hypochondriac. Recently, I have noticed that my tounge is twitching on the tip. I drink heavily everyday since this Covid 19 bs and I live alone with a 2 year old... Barely sleeping, maybe 4 or 5 hours a night. My family think I'm nuts so I can't talk to them which is why I'm here. I'm scared to go to the doc because of Covid and on top of that I don't want to take my son into a doc office for something that's just in my head. When I googled the tounge twitching thing, it talking about als, and my grandmother died from it in '96......
I don't know, it's like a catch 22 because I'm reading that stress can cause it, but knowing it's a symptom of als is making me stress, like wtf...
I'm alone right now because everyone scared of everything right now, I don't want this to take me out! Please help with any advice..
Anyone else experience tounge twitching and if so what happen... Please respond.
Thanks in advance 💗
