I just had one of those as I was texting and looking down. It was like my body or nerves from legs up to the head. Not dizzy or anything. It was just a quick odd sensation throughout. Even though I was standing, it felt like a falling moment within my body if that makes sense?

Robby36, that's the over sensitized nervous system kicking in. I use to get that as well when I was in the heighten stages of my anxiety. I'd be sitting and my whole body would lurch forward. Quite embarrassing in never knowing when it might happen. Simply a reflex of the agitated nerves. Breathe. Eventually you body will heal as your mind becomes peaceful once more. x
Yes I’m getting this lots at the moment.. I’ve know idea only it’s not nice .. it doesn’t appear to get any worse it just makes you feel edgy and leaves you freaked out .. I hope you can get past it .. I’m trying too and we’re not on our own.
We both will it’s always good to know that we aren’t alone when it comes to these ridiculous sensations that anxiety cause. There is a book I read that was recommended to me from someone on here. It is called, ‘Hope and help for your nerves.’ It is a great read and I highly recommend it. Something we have to tell ourselves is that anxiety may cause physical feelings but physically we are more than okay. It throws a curveball symptom at us when we get over consistent symptoms. So whenever you notice something new, just know it’s anxiety trying to throw a random jab.
