I feel very unreal and spacey today. It feels like ive lost who i am. I also dont feel the closeness i usually do with the people i care about. Will this pass?

Hi Lindsey, I’ve been where you are right now. Diagnosed with Genaralized Anxiety Disorder. I myself have gotten that feeling before. This is called depersonalization. It’s a symptom of anxiety and stress. The more you worry about it the worse it feels I’ve learned. Try and keep yourself busy and occupied. Maybe perhaps some therapy too .
