After 6 months i feel shitty again.

feel spacey for a few days now.

just encountered heart palpitation as well.

Just need to know that everything is going to be ok...

LOL....you know people in our state will always look out for others in our similar condition to try to comfort them the best we know how as nobody really knows what we are going through except us.

just pop a 1 mg xanax to calm myself....

don't really like to take em....But it really calms all parts of the body and senses now.

I guess our brain works too fast and never stops thinking and working that's why we are all like that.

We need to take a break from all these....
