Anyone Else?

Does anyone else have panic attacks that result in them using the bathroom so many times before an event? My stomach hurts so much also, or is it just me??

When I was young I would have stomach cramps and have to stay in the bathroom forever just to try to get a driving lesson from my brother.

I had the same trouble in First Grade along with wetting my pants. I was an anxious scared little girl and still am today as an old bag.

Nervous/upset= bathroom visits

I'm the same as you when I'm anxious---griping stomach pains, nausea & the runs. On the plus side, there's nothing left in me by the time I'm at the event or meet up that's caused the anxiety. And it's got easier as I've got older. I hope it's the same for you.
