Help me please someone it’s 4am around 11;30 pm I started feeling like my mind was racing and I couldn’t hear anything else and I finally got my mind of that so I was watching Netflix and now it’s 4:48 am and I don’t feel relief and this is kind of scatry, idk what to do I’ve never felt this way before I can’t do this and I don’t want to be here rn if this is gonna be like this for ever someone plz reply for me thank you!!

Hey I felt that before. Once I was in my room and it felt so dark and horrible. It does get better with time.

It might be a good idea to see your doctor and tell him or her what you experienced. It sounds like an anxiety or panic attack. There are various effective treatments. In the short term, you could try abdominal breathing. Breathe in through your nose, but you have to breathe from your belly, count to three and slowly exhale through your mouth. This breathing helps to calm the nervous system down. Drinking chamomile tea and listening to calming music while visualizing a calm, tranquil scene also help. In the longer term, you might want to check into cognitive behaviour therapy. And finally, you can view some videos on you tube of Dr. Claire Weekes, who has helped thousands of people with anxiety. She promotes accepting the symptoms, relaxing your body, and floating through the anxiety. Wishing you all the best!
