Hi BetterDays14. That's my fear. I luckily work from home, but I sometimes want a job that can get me out there and pay me more. But I panic at the thought of getting anxiety while at work, it happened to me twice at a job I had in the winter.

I work 16 hours a week, I struggle still sometimes and just have to sit through it. Sometimes it drains me sometimes it passes. I am looking for full time work now and hope I find some near my home town as I just don't think I would cope been to far away from home. Think it's down to a new anxiety of mine which is travelling in a car it's daft but working on it.

But I would rather be out and about than sat in the house letting anxiety try and get deeper.

Hope you both are able to work through your anxiety. What techniques do you both use when your anxious?

If i’m in the house i’ll practice my breathing or i’ll watch a short video about it . My anxiety will go from sky high to just “annoying” .

I also get on here & read . My anxiety was just sky high now it’s cool . I’m just tired now . It’s 2:45 ! I should be sleeping soon ! On here helps me a lot . Is it any other anxiety websites like these ?

No I have not seen any, have you tried reiki? Maybe give that a go. But I have watched loads of great anxiety videos on YouTube they explain it to a t.

Your supposed to get up and start moving about when your anxious and your heart rate is up.

You could always start journaling like I did and it helps.

I have a lot of coping strategies too like carrying water don't know how it helps.

I used to carry valium but don't need to now.

Sounds like you have hold of it.

Your best off googling it or trying to find a reiki practitioner, but from what I believe it's all about meditation and emptying chakras that could be blocked.

Some ppl find it very beneficial.

I drink herbal teas a lot.

Don't use caffeine.

I know lemon water is used as a detox.
