Does any one else suffer with pressure type headaches I get such weird pressure feelings in my head that it terrifies me my doctor has put it all down to stress and anxiety but I can’t get it out of my head it’s something worse I’m scared all the time

i get this! anxiety can do crazy things to your body. once you acknowledge that this is just anxiety, it will still take your body some time to realize that as well, but it will eventually go away once you’ve retrained your brain to realize that it’s anxiety:). it takes some time, but you got this!
