Does anyone else feel “off” or not themselves after having a stressful and anxious day the day before. I don’t feel myself I feel like there’s something wrong with me, my appitite is gone, I’m conssipated (tmi I know but it’s true sorry). Which I know has to do with me not eating Whole Foods, mostly snack on junk food. Anyways I feel like I’m anxious but then I’m not sure if I really am? That make sense??
