Lungs

Whenever i breath it feels like there is a knot that is in my lungs. It is in the front kinda near my breast and shoots threw to the back right under my shoulder blade. It only happens when i move my body some ways and or take a deep breath.

Hello. Have you hab a fall recently or bump your ribs. It could be broken or bruised ribs or a pulled muscles?

No i woke up and it has been like this for about 8hrs

IF you wake up with stuff like this, it is normally a "rib out" from sleeping funny. Normally a hot shower and stretching takes care of it. A chiropractor can always fix it with ease.

You could have turned awkwardly in your sleep. If it only hurts when you move or breath out, it could be what I have previously mentioned.

I get that a lot and it's usually acid reflux issues. I have chronic GERD. It could also stem from other digestive issues as there are many nerves connected between the digestive system and the nerves around your esophagus that go toward your shoulders and arms. It could also be allergies, or a muscle ache or pinched nerve from sleeping in an uncomfortable position or bed. I don't know what you have or whatever, but I get that feeling it's always one of those things I think.
