I absolutely get what you are saying. And I’m sorry to hear you’re going through them. Yes, it can be a symptom of anxiety and no, you’re not crazy. Mine occurred mainly at the panic stage. It was as though I was watching the world through a window; like life was an exhibit at the zoo. If you haven’t already, make an appointment with your doctor and find some treatment options. There’s no need to suffer through this alone or without help. It can be frightening enough with help! Ride out the rough times, enjoy the good times and see your doctor.

You’re not alone. ❤️

Thanks so much I did make appointment with my psychiatrist. I started medication on Monday, just waiting for it to kick in . I appreciate the kind words.

Good for you. I find the hardest part is that time between needing help/relief and when it actually starts to come. I’m about three weeks ahead of you and it’s starting to kick in now. Good days and not so good days...

Keep up the fight and be kind to yourself.

I started on Bupropion and just went up to 150mg today. I had clonazepam left from my first episode 3 years ago, but was too stubborn to take it. Mistake... I suffered needlessly and my doctor told me as much when I saw her Wednesday. This is week 4 on bupropion and it’s just starting to kick in now.

Yes that is exactly how I felt like a zoo exhibit awful

Yep, I get you. All sorts of things happening in your body can make you fuz out. It's been almost a year since I've been back to normal sharpness and comfort. I'm starting to forget what that felt like.

Good for you , did u take medication to get you back to feeling better?

My situation is probably different from yours. I'm suffering from an injury that's put me in a major overstimulation problem; but, I know where it's coming from and what drugs (right now) I have to take to keep things under control. To be honest, I'm only good when I'm unconcious until we get this all figured out.
