Anyone successfully recovering or recovered? I asked because I feel like I'm gradually coming out of DR I don't feel much the dream like state anymore my vision isn't 100 back but way better. Now I'm mainly dealing with lightheadedness all the time. I'm slightly with the behind a mirror type of thing but not that bad just slightly. I feel more grounded and more connected now is mostly this lightheaded feeling all the time. Is anyone going through this feeling too?

That's wonderful news! Did you ever have headaches with it?

Yes I'm actually experiencing a lot of headaches lately, like daily along with the lightheadedness.

Yeah I get that too... eye strain, head pressure, light sensitivity... still not 100 percent it's anxiety/depression/stress related... but it seems common on here.

yup going through all that too. I don't feel much pressure on my eyes anymore I guess because I'm slightly coming out of DR. But all the other is sure there. Soon we'll feel better have to stay positive
