Fear

Does anyone else always feel like they’re gonna die it’s a anxiety fear of mine 😩 I’m so afraid of something happening to me that it has me in constant worry/panic. When anything happens to me like my vision blurred or headache or even stomachache I instantly get into fear mode of dying I hate this.

I understand you and I have your same unwanted thoughts. I had a weird mini panic attack earlier and now I'm so scared to fall asleep. I got better for a while and today I took 10 steps backwards. Trouble sleeping was an issue for me months back and any symptoms meant the end to me. I know how you feel

I have the same fear though I'm learning to just let it go, as I have no control over death. My worrying ha fatigued me to the point of accepting my potential pending doom, even if it's all in my head.

Death is nothing to fear is part of life just enjoy your time here don't allow it to ruin your life. I did but now I'm learning to live happy and free u cantoo we can't control what will happen to us F.E.A.R. false.. evidence..appearing..real
