Does anyone else struggle with the fear of going crazy? I haven't had a full blown panic attack in months, but everyday I wake up with the fear of going crazy and it scares me to death. I have had a really good 2 week period where I was beginning to think maybe this nightmare was finally ending, then today I woke up feeling the fear of going crazy. This is so exhausting.
Fear of going crazy!: Does anyone else... - Anxiety Support
Fear of going crazy!
Remember. Your Problem Is Not Going "Crazy". Your Problem Is "Fear". People Who Are What Is Referred To As Insane or/ "Crazy" Simply "Are". If You Where "Crazy" You Wouldn't Worry About It.... Be Thankful You Have A "Conscious". A "Seared Conscious" Is What's Dangerous.
I worry that quite a bit, but its not true
Don't give up, you were really doing great. It's ok to relapse once in a while so don't get defeated by it. Sometimes you just "forget" to not have anxiety. It still happens to me sometimes. Keep pushing.
Thanks! I am actually already back on track. Your replies helped me more than you will ever know. Thanks for being there for me! Hope you are doing well.
Dont worry, those who are considered "crazy" are unaware of it and as you're afraid of it you're certainly aware, so you're not crazy. You're fine, it's just another way for anxiety to try and scare you.
I'm always fearful of a heart attack, then when my heart is checked and is fine I'm scared of getting a sinister disease or scared of having an accident and becoming disabled and so on. The list of fears is never ending. It's awful, like the anxiety won't shut off.
Work through your anxiety issues with a therapist and rest assured you're not going crazy and you're not going to go crazy. Things will get better, my anxiety has subsided massively with therapy and a few other ways of coping Xx
I have this at some point everyday. Some days are worse than others.
It. Ones on more and is more intense when I’m stressed and triggered by certain things! U are not alone! I get a feeling of extremely intense adrenaline rush from my head to my tummy and all my limbs feel tingly and numb . I used to be petrified of that feeling as it used to leave me feeling like I needed to be hospitalised but now I ride it out and it centrally passes . Again, u are not alone! I am always here if u would like to msg me anytime day/night! Xx
