at work feeling wierd ..
Anxiety causes palpations & a ton of eye issues. Floaters are normal yet very annoying! If it’s bright outside they can be worse. (That’s why I always were sunglasses). Anxiety can hit at anytime, doesn’t matter if you’re chill or stressed, it’s really stupid like that. The more you think & worry- the worse it will get because you’re feeding it! So try to focus on something else. There are also a lot of guided meditation apps that help me my favorite is called “calm”. They help pull your brain out of the anxious state. I hope you feel better soon!
Side note- if you can I would see a doctor spout your anxiety issues if they are getting worse. There is help out there. 💜
thanks alot i just dont want nothing to happen or have heart attack or heart diesese with this all the time with my heart issues but docters said im fine when i first seen them i was really bad and they said nothing was really wrong with me but i still get the really bad palptation mostly everday ugh.
your brain is telling you there is something wrong but it likely just your heightened senses! i call it becoming self aware, when you suddenly focus on normal things that your body does, and it leads to over reaction and panic. if you really feel there is something wrong with your heart beat or eyes make a doctor appointment but likely there is not. try and calm yourself and tell yourself your are just focusing and there is actually nothing wrong. it's easier said than done when panic is creeping up on you but you can pull yourself out of it with practice.
I experience the same as you describe. However it is becoming less over time. I happened to mention this when I saw an Endocrinologist. It turned out that my ferritin was at 7 and he said that this is a common symptom of iron levels being low. Maybe worth an Iron/ferritin check?
How did your day turn out? What did you end up doing?
it was good hobestly was just tierd of trying to act normal
