Okay I came here because no one seems to understand me , I’ve gone to therapist and they always tell me I have full blown panic disorder because I want to control everything blah blah yet I don’t feel myself panicking , anyways I do take an anxiety medicine I only take a .25 of Clonazepam I use to be on 1mg but I cut it down after I had a child because I wanted to feel more aware and not out of it well now I feel like I am aware of EVERYTHING I do and it creeps me out like I can’t shut my mind off is this just really bad anxiety ???!

Yes, what you describe could be attributed to increased anxiety, or it could be due to cutting your dose in half so abruptly. You may want to ask your Dr. to taper your dosage instead of cutting in half.
