Hi
Congratulations!
It will be the hormones playing you up but it will pass
Could I suggest you look at a couple of web sites that can help you?
They are called Headspace and calm.com
Give them a go and good luck x
thank you
You will be very busy when your little boy arrives. Enjoy and tell anxiety to do one. Hormones as someone said will be playing a part.

Awwrh! Congraulations .
I've had a baby girl 4 months ago now & although I feel so so tired on most days I wouldn't change it for the world.
As you are pregnant have you considered taking some other pregnancy friendly supplements such as pregnacare? As they contain a bit of iron & vitamin E which can possibly help you to deal with your anxiety levels.
xx
thank you will try that
Hi glitterangel, congratulations! A summer baby, how lovely, lots of gorgeous walks in the sunshine
I had a baby fourteen months ago, I had stopped all medication and was very 'manic' and anxious, on youtube I found some calming breathing exercises and stretches for pregnant women. Also, I read quite a bit on mindfulness and tried to practice it helped me a lot. If you feel you're anxiety getting worse, you could mention it to your midwife or GP there are other things you can try to help ease you're anxiety it doesn't have to be medication right now, they're could be some prenatal relaxation classes in your area. You might not feel like any of this, but I just wanted you to know you do have options. I wish you and you're son all the very best, I bet you can't wait to meet him! Take care & enjoy the rest of you're pregnancy.
Love & light

Many congratulations. How wonderful, a baby boy in june, a summer baby is gorgeous. Take plenty of time for yourself and rest. Anxiety is twice as hard to cope with when you are expecting. As yummimummi says try those websites for relaxation techniques. All the best. X
