Anxiety is doing my head in

Feeling a bit nauseous, weird in my head, eyes are a bit sore and blurry, feeling not right, whitish tongue, lightheadedness and feeling really low. Please if you have experienced these symptoms please tell me how to cope I'm feeling so horrible and need a bit if support. Thank you xx

I can tell you I have all those symptoms but can't help with the coping part .

With you right there hon, same symptoms but coping I am not. It’s such a drag, my first cbt therapy tomorrow so I’m hoping to get just a little something out of it. I live in hope x

Maybe take a walk, I know it’s lame but just to get outside and focus on something other than what’s going on inside can help a little.

I went out for a walk today as I had to go shopping and it was good for me but I guess I get so down on myself that I just kind of potter around the house.
