Hi kevoreally, if the temperature is anything like Chicago in the past few days, I'd say you are definitely dehydrated and need to get some Gatorade in you. No caffeinated drinks. If you don't suffer from high blood pressure, eating a few salty crackers may help restore the balance in your electrolytes. Heat can cause headaches similar to migraines. Also might be a good idea to lie down in a cool room with a cool pak on the back of your neck. If you are able to take an OTC pain reliever that would also help. I know it's painful, but you don't seem to have a serious medical issue. Relax for a while and I think it may subside. Always call your doctor if things change.

But I believe you will be okay.

Oh I understand, I suffered debilitating headaches for years. If you are not able to get the house cool than you need to get yourself cool. Believe me it will help both with the pain and feeling lethargic. If you wash your hair and go back to bed with a cool pak on the back of your neck or even your forehead, it will cool you down some and help with the pain.

Make sure you do have something light to eat today which will help with feeling so tired and worn out. Working in the sun took a lot out of you yesterday. I hope you start feeling better soon today. During my headaches I always listened to imagery/relaxation tapes which would help as well. Take care..
