I have PTSD, and many life issues to deal with, my own health including adrenal fatigue and osteoarthritis, supporting my partner with bipolar, and my grandson of 16 with dreadful anxiety illness, I went to pieces completely 2 years ago then massive relapse a month ago, but guess what I am on the mend again, I stopped antidepressant meds, properly, and I think I can make it on my own with my psychologist, added magnesium, multi B vitamin and Vitamin D, wish me luck, today apart from physical disability I am not going down, good luck to everyone else with these problems, thought a positive may give you encouragement, wishes sent to all fellow sufferers.

Thanks for sharing. Please keep us informed of how you're doing; there are many of us here, I'm sure, who'd love to give up on prescribed medication but are scared to. Best best wishes!

Would you believe for the first time in many years, I actually came near to tears, I was reading the lyrics of a song and could not continue, you have no idea how wonderful this sensation was. I look forward to actually crying for it is dreadful not to be able to let your tears flow.

I'm so with you on that. I just can't cry; my eyes might fill up, but that's as far as it goes. I feel like a year's worth of tears are backed up inside me. Wonderful to hear! Thank you.
