Just managed to awake from my slumber, another night of disturbed sleep and now I've set the chain off again because I'm up late. Ah well deep breath get the list done, increased today, and carry on.
Must try and be positive but that seems such a long way away today and my mouse has now taken on a life of it's own but stay calm, it's only yet another inanimate object that want's to do things it shouldn't and upset me. Real lack of motivation, frustration and anger welling up, want to get on but what will it achieve and very low energy levels, brain is in overdrive but just cannot concentrate on one specific task, so much needs doing.
Let's try another cup of coffee and a 10 minute rest maybe try and read.
I hate these high's and low's so much but I suppose it goes with the territory.
I know what you mean, I am experiencing the same and don't know how to cope with it. Leaving today to Amsterdam for a week holiday but not very excited, I hope the travel and change of scenery will change my mood.

Just set your self small goals , doesnt have to be anything big or if we do , we can feel we want to give up before we start
What ever it is , even if its wash the pots , come on here & let us no & we will encourage you

Think the lack of sleep is starting to get to me. Just cannot get into a regular sleeping pattern and haven't for about 6 months, keep thinking I should have something to help but don't want to become over reliant on meds, took me along time to accept the ones I'm taking.
Really trying to take little steps, but always tried to run and that is what brought the cycle back just tried doing far too much in one go. Thought it was all for the right reasons but...we learn don't we, well some of us do.
3 out of 6 done so far today, I'm just going to do one more but now making myself anxious because I can't decide the priority. Impressed huh, I'm not.
Another 10 minutes and a coffee.

4 out of 6 now! Maybe I'll do just one more. Then read or sleep, too much caffeine can cause problems.
Think I'll just drop the list down to 3 tomorrow but break one task down into chunks.
Glad you're seeing changes, wish I could feel them.

Keep your goals small though , not what you think you should do , but what you can manage & if you dont manage them all , dont give yourself a tough time , because we can do , try & be proud of what ever you have managed to do in the day
