I keep having spells where my whole body feels like it’s on fire and right at the top of my stomach I’ve had heartburn all night so not sure if this could be that I feel really unwell and not sure what’s going on as it’s happening it’s making me panic

Hi caits im unsure were your from but in the uk if it gets worse tonight try nhs direct for advice or go to your doctor at your first chance dont suffer in silence it may be something easily dealt with. ! It could be your stomach being upset ie acid reflux ! As ive already said try phoning your doctors out of hours service i hope it helps you feel better good luck david
