I was experiencing dizziness last year and the neurologist thinks I had a small stroke. Fast forward to this year, I've been having these "episodes" of dizziness, head pressure, tingling in arms and face, diarrhea, stiff neck, sometimes I get this feeling of a warm tingly sensation that starts at the top of my head and goes down my body. Am i crazy? All my other tests come back fine. I take a small dose of anxiety meds but never considered myself to be that anxious. Does this sound like panic/ or anxiety attacks?
