HELP!!!!

Hi guys, I’m completely new to this. Not new to health anxiety but have never communicated with others however I feel I’m at the end of my tether & looking for some answers. Where do I start, I’ve suffered with what the drs tell me is health anxiety however like others I’m convinced I have undiagnosed MS which everyone keeps missing!!!! I have seen a Neurologist some time ago & had a head MRI which showed absolutely nothing however 10 years on with my anxiety growing here I am again. Symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness when I stand, constant feeling of needing to pee, tight feeling on right calve, hand & body tremors, feel weaker on the right side, fuzzy feelings, exhausted after a bath with more tremors and the list goes on. In a state of panic I head of to see an emergency GP who I’ve never seen before has now decided I should maybe see a Neurologist & has made me a referral. As you can imagine my anxiety has spiralled. I have 2 young children who need me to function & at this moment in time I AM STRUGGLING. I am just looking to hear from anyone in a similar position. Many thanks for taking the time to read this. Joanne 😞

Hi Joanne, I experience every single one of those symptoms and more when I experience a panic attack or when I feel one coming on. Many times with the dizziness and feeling out of it ive convinced myself I'm having a brain haemorrhage. Our minds are always coming up with new symptoms to give us a reason to worry or be scared. It's totally normal to feel like you're at the end of your tether, I too have felt it many times but you need to focus on all the good things! You are not alone! You will get through this just stay strong! Whenever you feel panicked just message one of us, we are all in the same position as you 😊

I get the exact same symptoms it's terrible but it definitely can be anxiety and most likely is considering you have been tested with all clears and I am sure your upcoming test will be good too. It's hard to believe all these symptoms are from anxiety. I also have 2 kids and on bad days it can be a real struggle. The only way to overcome it all is by accepting the symptoms not caring that they are there and trying your best to not fear them. This takes a lot of practice and patience it's not an over night fix. I hope you feel better soon xx

Yeah I can relate to some of that for sure. I could only suggest make sure you test for infections that could cause physical issues . But if you have ran all the tests you could & everything’s great, welcome to anxiety support :/ because it’s literally only anxiety at this point & that in itself sucks. I really hope you’re relieved of your symptoms from , most likely, anxiety , soon . I’ve had some of those issues for YEARS and it was only anxiety . But you can & will overcome this!!! Try not to run everytime you’re in a panic & see a dr , that may help with the stress 🤷🏽‍♀️. Anxiety will always feel like impending doom to us . But know that if you calm down & this panic & all its aches & pains & sensations leave too , then know it was anxiety. Those medical bills pile up quick :/ but I know , you feel like something IS up , this time something feels different, not usual anxiety . There’s so many symptoms of anxiety, it’s crazy. Best I could say. ( feel like I’m talking to myself too lol)
