I'm suffering a constant dizzinessband head pressure. I don't feel pain,I don't vomit,no ear pains. Just dizziness and head pressure. I have anxiety issue before.

More than likely it's the anxiety. Think you probably know it's that you need reassurance

I go through that from time to time..its just that..anxiety and the fact your worrying about it now makes it either prolonged or worse..find things to do to take your mind off it and it will pass,not to worry

Hi. If you have had all the tests done and nothing is found, then it probably is anxiety. You need to find distraction techniques and coping mechanisms to help you deal with this. Try and find the trigger for the anxiety for there will be one.

Look into Vertical Heterophoria which is an eye issue. It can also be you SCM muscle in your neck, so look that up as well

Make sure you see a MD so that you will know that it's not physical. If not, determine what you are anxious about and try to eliminate it if possible. Try not to worry about things you can not change, and change the things you can, and ask God for the wisdom to know the difference. Believe it or not anxiety is a choice. I suffer from it too but dealing with issues/or not has helped me tremendously.
