Hi, Gilly. We have a mental health services directory for our area. It might help if you google 'mental health services directory' for your area - hopefully it will yield a result and will give you info. on how to access services. We also have other services outwith the NHS who offer excellent support and workshops on anxiety and panic for free - hopefully they'll be similar for your area too. Good luck!😊
